Collection & Design be liable to you for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages (including lost profits) of the other, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages under or in connection with these terms of use or resulting from:-

ii.any information, goods or services obtained through search results or advertisements on GemstoneStyling.com;
iii.any third parties material or content accessed as a result of using GemstoneStyling.com;
iv.any other matter relating to GemstoneStyling.com.
The color, size and weight of the merchandise featured in graphic representation is for reference only. We are not responsible for illustrational & typographical errors. However we will do our best to give description in details and photographs.
We are not responsible for any injuries / harms / accidents / illness caused by the purchased merchandise to buyers. All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to limit quantities. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Prices and availability are subject to change prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the order.
Buyer is responsible for the lost in sending due to the wrong or missing delivery address and the delivery address MUST NOT be P.O. Box. No. All merchandise will be sent by registered airmail via Hong Kong Post Office for international order.
2) Return/Exchange Instructions:-
We hope your purchase of gemstones merchandise/jewelry from our web store has been a satisfactory one. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please report any defect (please attach pictures showing the defect) or discrepancies within 24 hours upon receipt of your gemstone merchandise to our email at [email protected] obtain the RTN# (a return number). All return of merchandise must be indicated with our RTN# on the outer box and delivery documents. And the merchandise must be returned in original packaging, unmodified and undamaged, unused and unworn so that you can be refunded the full price you paid for the item(s) less shipping and a restocking charge (15% of the order amount with minimum fee of US$10.00). Returns without RTN# authorization will be refused.
After returns are approved and return merchandise received, we will issue the applicable refund amount within 15 working days of receipt. Buyer bears all charges of the return purchased item which is not deemed defective or not the result of our error. We do not accept returns for undamaged items.
GemstoneStyling.com/V.P. Collection & Design will not be responsible for any returning shipment that is lost or damaged in transit. Any such claim should be directed to the carrier that was entrusted with the return of your package.
3) For International order & Local Order:-
For overseas delivery or local order of HK to local delivery, payment will be in US dollars via Paypal or Visa Credit/Master Cards under Paypal payment system. And our price term is Ex-Factory HK that is excluding any import tax, customs clearance charges or VAT etc. of buyer's country. For local order with delivery in H.K., payment can be in H.K. dollar via bank transfer (Change Rate 1 US$ = HK$7.80. Please see our “local delivery “column regarding order placement process in our website store). Our invoice for each order can be downloaded from our web-store after member log-in but "Certificate of Origin" document is not provided.
4) Shipping method:-
All merchandises will be sent out within 3 working days (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday & Hong Kong public holidays) after confirmation of payment received & goods availability. Shipping insurance is not included. Combined shipment is welcome.
a.Destination countries/places other than Hong Kong & Macau: Merchandise will be sent via Hong Kong Post by Registered Airmail (Delivery time: about 1 to 2 weeks).
b.Hong Kong: Merchandise will be sent via Hong Kong Post by local Registered Mail (Delivery time: about 3 working days).
c.Macau: Merchandise will be sent via Hong Kong Post by Registered Surface Mail (Delivery time: about 1 week).
5) Privacy:-
GemstoneStyling.com will not sell, rent, or give away email addresses or ANY information our customers give us. Your privacy is safe with us.
6) Promotional Mailings:-
We would like to notify you of any upcoming sales and new products that may interest you. If you wish not to receive these special mailings, you can easily remove yourself from our mailing list. Each email will include removal instructions. Our customers' satisfaction is utmost important to us!
